To use our services, you must: • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Be responsible for all activities under your account

For paid services: • Fees are charged per paper or per transaction as specified • All payments are processed securely through Stripe • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice • You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Users agree not to: • Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Violate intellectual property rights • Attempt to breach platform security • Use the platform for spam or unauthorized marketing • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users • Interfere with other users' access to the platform

• Conferences.Center retains ownership of the platform and its features • Users retain ownership of their content (papers, conference data) • By posting content, you grant us license to display it for platform purposes • We respect copyright and will respond to DMCA takedown notices • Trademarks and logos may not be used without permission

Conferences.Center is not liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of data or profits due to service interruptions • Issues arising from third-party integrations • Content posted by users • Events beyond our reasonable control

We reserve the right to: • Suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations • Remove content that violates our policies • Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice Users may delete their accounts at any time through account settings.
